But what if we told you all you needed to feel the burn is seven minutes and a growler?
We created a 7-minute growler workout that's easy to complete at home, when you're traveling, or at the brewery with your friends. The concept is simple, but we promise, it will leave you sweating!
Here's how it works:
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Then do the next exercise for 30 seconds. Repeat until you've done each exercise!
