This 2,100 acre nature preserve boasts a whopping 40 miles of trails. Whether you're looking to go hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, geocaching, camping, or participate in any of the other outdoor fitness activities offered, there's something at Anne Springs Close Greenway for you.

Upcoming Events at Anne Springs Close Greenway  

Aside from all of the ongoing outdoor activities you can partake in whenever you'd like, there are all kinds of upcoming events to add to your 'get out and have fun this fall' bucket list, including:

9/1: The Treeshaker Mountain Bike Challenge
Race solo (three or six hours) or duo (six hours) on flowy Greenway trails (approximately an eight-mile loop). Then stick around to enjoy food, drinks and music following the race! Register at bit.ly/Treeshaker2018.

9/8: Fiddle 'n Pig Shindig
​You don't want to miss Anne Springs Close Greenway's 13th annual barbeque and bluegrass festival, the Fiddle 'n Pig Shindig! Stop by for a full day of brews and 'cue starting at 11 AM and going until 8 PM. Enjoy the Shindig Biergarten and 40+ brew tastings from around the region.

The Biergarten will take place on Saturday afternoon from 3 - 6 PM (or upgrade to VIPig to start your tasting at 2 PM), where you'll have the chance to sip some of the South’s best craft beer.

Thursdays & Saturdays, now through October: Fall Yoga Series 
Flow every Thursday and Saturday on the Anne Springs Close Greenway with instructor Suzanne, who will include aromatherapy (essential oils), pranayama (breathing), and asanas (yoga poses) in this hour-long class. ​Develop and maintain strength, flexibility and balance for your health and well-being. 

​All are welcome, from beginners to seasoned yogis! Class is $5 (plus a $5 entry fee for non-ASC Greenway members).
