Whether you've lived in Charlotte three months or three years, you've probably already figured out that the city loves brewery fitness. There's so many activities going on around the Queen City each week that, if you wanted to, you could schedule all of your weekly workouts exclusively at Charlotte breweries.

The great thing is you don't even have to travel far from your own Charlotte neighborhood to get your sweat on. No matter which 'hood you call home, there are plenty of options available so you can try a different brewery fitness class (almost) every day of the week

We've already shown you how you can get a complete workout exclusively at breweries in South End. This time, we put together a guide to show you how you can get a complete week of workouts in at breweries in (and around) the NoDa area. From yoga to run clubs and more, check out your workout options from Monday through Sunday.

Vibe: This is an all-levels vinyasa flow. Usually, the instructors offer modifications to make the flow more or less intense based on students' level of experience. This class fills up quickly, so get there early! If you're not in the mood for a beer, Free Range has kombucha, shrub, and cold brew coffee on tap. There's also usually a food truck outside, so you can grab dinner to enjoy with your drink of choice.
