How did you first find out about Work For Your Beer? Social Media

What made you want to be a part of the Work For Your Beer community? Why not? The people and concept are awesome!

How long have you been attending fitness classes? I grew up an athlete and have always loved running but probably group classes after college.

Which brewery fitness classes do you attend? I love run clubs and yoga classes! I also find it fun to try new/different classes to go out of my comfort zone.

What motivates you to work out? The sweat and endorphins (and that wine/beer).

What’s your go-to pump up song? Right now, it's High Hopes, Panic at the Disco. In general, it's a super hard decision, but probably Sleazy REMIX 2.0, Ke$ha, and others.

What made you start attending brewery fitness classes? Ummm...the beer? And it's an "excuse" to check out new breweries, as well as meeting up with or meeting new people who have the same interests!

What is your favorite kind of brewery fitness class? My daily routine usually involves yoga already, so I really like run clubs! It's a great way to check out the area around the brewery and the perfect release for me after the work day!

What’s your favorite part of going to brewery fitness classes? The beer and the vibe. Most all of the people are showing up for the same reasons which from the beginning creates an instant connection.

Which brewery fitness class has been the most challenging for you? It wasn't a class, but since I've been an ambassador for Work For Your Beer it would have to be the OrthoCarolina 10K. Those hills! Also, (I haven't been able to try it yet) but can't wait to try a dance fitness class. It will be challenging in the best way because it will get me out of my comfort zone.

What’s one thing you would want to tell somebody who was considering attending a brewery fitness class? DO IT! It's for all levels and there's no judgment/pressure at any of the classes I've ever been to. And you know going in that you have something in common with other people there plus you get beer/wine/booch!

What’s your favorite beer (or ‘booch) in Charlotte? Charlotte: Juicy Jay IPA from Legion Brewing. Charlotte area: Crusin' Down the Street in My....6.4% from Amor Artis Brewing

Why do you love Work For Your Beer? I like sweatin' & drinkin' :) but more importantly the amazing community.

Anything else you’d like to tell us? I have a fur baby (a cat named Parker who I am obsessed with) and I find questionnaires like this super challenging.
