No matter how you work for your beer, we can all agree that the one thing that can get us through even the toughest workout is a great playlist.



You're going to need some rockin' beats to carry you through our final Box For Your Beer class on August 14! To get you amped up, we've put together a Spotify Playlist of the music you can expect to hear at this month's class.

 

 

This Box For Your Beer class is taught by Amy Penwell, owner at 9Round NoDa. It's a full body workout that combines kickboxing techniques, core, strength training with fast-paced cardio to challenge all fitness levels.

During this class, you can expect to here upbeat music from a variety of genres--so you'll be sure to find something you'll like. You're also likely to increase stamina, get stronger, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout!
