Here at Work For Your Beer, we love all styles of exercise from yoga to running to bootcamps and more. We're all about earning your brews, no matter how you move your body.

We also believe that working for your beer should be fun! Case in point: Twerk For Your Beer. This 60-minute dance fitness class taught by Kara Vassuer is a high-energy, hip-hop cardio class that is guaranteed to make you sweat. 

Aside from the beer at the end and the awesome instructor, the best part of this class is the pumping playlist. From hip-hop to pop to some good ol' throwbacks, you won't be able to stop shaking your hips until class ends.

Twerk For Your Beer instructor, Kara Vasseur, describes the music she plays at her classes as a pretty wide range with the general theme being songs that make you want to dance, regardless of the decade or genre. She says her Twerk For Your Beer class also has the same range of dance moves — some of it goofy, some of it booty, but all of it sweaty.

The songs played in class are those that make you want to roll down your windows and shimmy at the person in the car next to you. Now, go blast this playlist, and get ready to dance!
