Stretch & Sip: 10 Yoga-Inspired Beers To Drink After Your Next Flow

We spent last month sipping beers inspired by some of our favorite TV shows. This month, we're moving on to something a little more our speed: yoga-inspired beers.
We gathered a list of 10 craft brews from around the world that get their names from something pertaining to yoga. Have a look for yourself, then get ready to sip on one after your next yoga practice (whether it's at a brewery or not)!
1. "Laughing Yogi," Lenny Boy Brewing Co.
This 4.8% ABV Belgian wheat ale brewed in Charlotte, NC is infused with organic jasmine green tea.
2. "Updog," Whetstone
Named after one of our favorite heart-opening postures, this 5.8% ABV American Stout brewed in Brattleboro, VT features roasted barley, chocolate malt, and a touch of Cascade hops.
3. "Mantra," Urban Family Brewing
An 8% ABV imperial sour ale made with Alphonso mangoes, then dry-hopped with Citra hops in Seattle, WA.
4. "Hot Yoga," Central State Brewing Company
This double dry-hopped, double wheat IPA stands at a bold 8.5% ABV, so much like you would after a hot yoga class, be sure to hydrate after enjoying one of these bad boys brewed in Indianapolis, IN.
5. "Downward Dog," Fern Hill Brewing Co.
You'd need a good stretch like a downward dog after the long flight to New Zealand to try this 5.4% ABV pale ale.
6. "Lotus," Deep Creek Brewing Co.
While you're in New Zealand, you can swing by Deep Creek Brewing Co. to try this 4.5% ABV pale ale, which earned a silver medal at the Australian International Beer Awards in 2019.
7. "Namaste White," Dogfish Head Craft Brewery
This 4.8% ABV witbier is brewed with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander in Milton, DE.
8. "Meditation," Turpin's Brewery
Work toward enlightenment with this meditative pale ale brewed in Cambridge, England. At 4.3% ABV it's light and drinkable, with flavors of blackcurrant, grapefruit, and apricot.
9. "Yoga Pants," Moon River Brewing Company
You can wear your yoga pants while drinking Yoga Pants at this Savannah, GA brewery. It's a 5% ABV easy-drinking pale ale, perfect for your post-class cooldown.
10. "Lululemon," Big Rock Brewery
Speaking of yoga pants, Lululemon is a 4.3% ABV session IPA dry -hopped with lemondrop hops and green tea matcha powder.
