They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day... Which kind of sucks, when it happens to coincide with the part of the day when you'd rather stay snuggled up in your bed until the last possible moment before you have to rush off to work. 

For me, at least, it's always a goal to fit in a healthy breakfast before my day begins — but how much time I actually have between dragging myself out of bed and heading out the door can vary pretty widely from day to day.

That's why I like to keep a list of healthy breakfast options sorted by how much time I have for breakfast on any particular day. Check 'em out:
