Tell Us How Much Time You Have & We'll Tell You Which Healthy Breakfast to Eat
Jan 03, 2020
This post is brought to you in partnership with our friends at Dunkin', America's favorite coffee, espresso, donuts, and more. All opinions are our own.
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day... Which kind of sucks, when it happens to coincide with the part of the day when you'd rather stay snuggled up in your bed until the last possible moment before you have to rush off to work.
For me, at least, it's always a goal to fit in a healthy breakfast before my day begins — but how much time I actually have between dragging myself out of bed and heading out the door can vary pretty widely from day to day.
That's why I like to keep a list of healthy breakfast options sorted by how much time I have for breakfast on any particular day. Check 'em out:
No Time, Gotta Grab & Go

Whether you're seriously strapped for time or you just want an excuse to swing by Dunkin', this quick and healthy breakfast option awaits. Though it's a vegetarian option, the texture of Beyond Sausage is just like any other breakfast sausage you might eat — except it's made with 100% plant-based proteins and a mix of spices crafted especially for Dunkin’ (and features 10 grams of protein, as well as 33% less saturated fat than standard breakfast sausage). This bad boy is served on an English muffin with egg and American cheese, and pairs perfectly with a Dunkin' Cold Brew. Mmm.
