Barry's fitness classes take place in The Red Room and alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill —and each day of the week, classes focus on  different muscle groups in order to achieve real results and prevent injuries.

So, in order to get you toned AF, your schedule would look like:

Monday | Arms & Abs

Tuesday | Full Body (Lower Focus) 

Wednesday | Chest, Back & Abs

Thursday | Abs & Ass

Friday | Total Body 

Saturday | Full Body (Upper Focus) 

Sunday | Total Body

These 50% treadmill, 50% strength training workouts are set to carefully curated playlists that inspire you to sprint faster and lift heavier.

Whether you’re about to pop your Barry’s cherry or you’re a long-time Red Room lover, the goal at Barry's is to make sure you leave your workout feeling sweaty, strong, and totally rejuvenated.

And when you're done with your workout, you can rinse off in a luxurious shower totally stocked with all the toiletries you might need before drying off with a complimentary towel.

Pop your sweaty gym clothes in the provided dirty clothes bag, dry your hair with the available hair dryers, then swing by the in-house Fuel Bar for a delicious, protein-packed gourmet shake (we recommend chocolate, but they've got vanilla, fruity flavors, and more).
