A few highlights:
Because we were in Ohio, we had to attempt screaming to Hawthorne Heights, and we just wanted to give a shout out to all of the screamo artists out there, because that shit is WILDLY difficult and y’all don’t get enough credit.
We can confirm: Mel still doesn’t enjoy West Coast IPAs. (Will this ever change? Stick around to find out!)
We pitch the idea of “beerleading” AKA a workout class that involves learning a cheer routine (and then drinking after) — who’s in?
We talk about our mutual love for Saved by the Bell (and later that weekend we met a gal who runs a Saved by the Bell podcast, so if that’s not fate, we’re not sure what is).
We do another “Beer Science with Mel” experiment where we mix a peanut butter stout with a pickle seltzer, and y’all, it wasn’t half bad.
