Quick & Effective Brewery Fitness Workouts (Using Kegs & Beers as Weights)

Searching for a true beer workout? Look no further! We partnered with Hannah Letts of Tone & Tap to bring you a series of brewery fitness workouts. Grab a couple of kegs, growlers, crowlers, or other weights you've got, and let's sweat!

Upper Body Workout

If you're looking for a killer upper body pump, we've got you covered. In this upper body workout, you'll knock out the following exercises: push-ups, bent-over rows, curls, skull crushers, and upright rows.

Booty By Beer Workout

We call this lower body workout our "booty by beer" workout for a reason. You'll churn through the following movements: walking lunges, glute bridges, jump squats, and wall sits.

Crowler & Keg / Cardio & Core Workout

In our cardio & core workout, you'll definitely start to feel the burn.

For this workout, you'll set your timer for one minute. Complete 16 reps and then rock out your cardio until the alarm goes off.

  1. Tall Plank Crowler Passes (16) + Jumping Jacks

  2. Alternating V-Ups with Crowler (16) + Butt Kicks

  3. Alternating Deadbug with Keg (16) + High Knees

Body by Beer Workout

For the final video of the series, we've got a full-body brewery workout.

Do each of the following combos for one minute. Repeat three times. Rest for 30 seconds, and then move on to the next exercise.

  1. Alternating crowler or growler snatch (16) + jumping jacks until the end of the minute (x3)

  2. Thrusters (squat & press) (12) + butt kicks until the end of the minute (x3)

  3. Weighted Burpee Curl/Press (8) + high knees until the of the minute (x3)
