We braved the steep, winding, treacherous drive allllll the way up to Beech Mountain Brewing Co. just so we could taste every beer on tap, and it was 100% worth the trip.
We pretend to know anything at all about snowboarding (Alicia talks about "shredding the gnar" and Mel says "goofy-footed”… And that's about it.)
And we discuss how there seems to be nothing but chocolate labs in the Boone, NC area before ranting about how our husbands always eat the dark chocolate we're saving for ourselves as a treat EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T LIKE DARK CHOCOLATE.
Alicia busts out a Moira Rose impression and her Hamilton rapping skills before deciding her favorite beers we tried were the Beech Blonde and the Robin's Rye.
Mel talks about her Mario Party obsession and realizes in real time that she doesn't HAVE to be Yoshi every time she plays Mario games before deeming the Brett Citrus Ale her favorite brew on the list, surprising no one.
