In this week's episode...
We visit Clouds Brewing in Raleigh, NC, and Mel returns with the popular segment “Beer Science with Mel” as she mixes a milk stout and a cold brew together for a tasty treat.
Meanwhile, Alicia teaches Mel “The Water Cycle Boogie” about evaporation, condensation, and precipitation, which she learned in 3rd grade from a teacher who was ironically also named Alicia.
We talk about how we were both (unsurprisingly) TOTAL teachers’ pets between tasting every beer on the tap list. And this brewery also makes its own root beer and cold brew, which we sampled along the way.
Alicia’s favorite on the list was the Blood Orange Hop Jam, while Mel favored the Mean Girl Kettle Sour, which was SO fetch.
